Lately, I have had a lot of people email me and ask if they should start out with P90X or Insanity. Both are terrific workouts and is going to help you get

into excellent shape, but what is the difference between the two? Is one more intense than the other? Will you build more mass with P90X? Will you lose

muscle mass with Insanity? I would imagine what it all comes down to is your own personal goals! I’ve finished both workouts, so let me talk about my review

of each workout. Let’s take a gander at my P90X review and Insanity review below.

P90X is the program I began with, and one that I’m always recommending to everybody because of my own particular results! I got unbelievable P90X results,

losing about 25 lbs and 10% body fat within my first ninety days. The main thing that I actually enjoy about P90X is that it involves a balance of resistance

and cardio training, and that balance is something that I believe will help you maximize your results. So what exactly is P90X? It’s a 90 day fitness and

diet workout that consists of 3 phases broken down into 1 month each. Every month you switch up to a new set of routines, allowing you to resume experiencing

results because of, what Beachbody has termed, “muscle confusion.” Every workout routine is just about an hour long, with the exception of Yoga, which is

an hour and a half, and each training routine is difficult! You will be sore, worn out, yelling at the TV constantly, but if you commit yourself to the full

exercise routine, which includes the diet, you will receive wonderful results! It’s an excellent exercise routine and one that HIGHLY recommend! It reformed

my life, and it could for yours as well.
